How to permanently delete your data
Deleting your account inside the app (Recommended)
The fastest and easiest way to delete your account and all associated personal data is directly from within the Puzzla mobile app. Follow these simple steps:
- Open the Puzzla app on your device and log in.
- Tap on your Profile Tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap the Settings (Gear) icon in the top corner.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings menu and tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your puzzles, friends, and profile data will be permanently wiped from our secure servers.
Requesting deletion via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, or if you are having trouble logging in, you can request manual data deletion by contacting our support team.
Please send an email to support@puzzla.app from the email address associated with your Puzzla account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
